'Aluminum alloy casting, a technique to solidify the melted aluminum alloy which is poured into a mold, is capable of making close-to-finished products(near net shape). Our major methods of casting are:
1."Die casting", which can mass-produce items with complex shapes in a short time, providing smooth surface finishes with high accuracy of size and shape,
2."Sand mold casting", which combines intricate cores
3."Gravity die casting", in which the aluminum melt is solidified by the pressure of gravity,
4."Low-pressure casting", in which the aluminum melt is efficiently pressurized and solidified using minimum pressure.
